Add App button in Trailhead Salesforce Platform Basics

I just started the Trailhead Salesforce Platform Basics.  I get to  Build App and can't find it.  I have an account.  Everytime I go to Get started it asks me to sign up again.  HELP!

The Add App button is in your Salesforce account, once you login you should be able to see it. If not, go to Setup and you will find the button there.

The click on setup should be called out more prominently, I went in circles as well for quite a while.
