Updating a field on the contact when a certain task is marked complete

I need for a field on the contact Call_Status__c to be updated to the picklist value "0E" when the task with the subject Task for Call 0A is marked completed.  Is there a way to do this with process builder or with workflows?

Kevin Thank you so much for your help. Can you help me with one more thing. When I'm in the update records section in the record field, what am I choosing there Select the Task record that started your process or Select a record related to the Task?
