Workflow field update action not found by Trailhead - unable to pass

I am unable to pass this trailhead. Any ideas on what is wrong with this? I had to use a different unique name since the original got deleted.

Please remove "x" from the unique name "xSet_Case_to_Escalated".Make sure to use the naming convention as given in the trailhead challenge.

Jyothsna, I am unable to save the unique name. Please see below. I previously deleted this field update with "Set_Case_to_Escalated" and now it will not allow me to save with the same name. Please help

Hi Dutta, please see the error message. I even tested my workflows and it works as expected. I think it has something to do with the names. Please help.

Hi Linda,
To pass the trailhead challenge, the unique name of the field update should be "Set_Case_to_Escalated".

Go to: Set Up> Create>Workflow & Approvals> Workflow Rules
Click on the Workflow name, i.e. Case Escalate on High Priority.
Now, Click on "Deactivate".
Once the WF Rule is deactivated, click on "Edit" under Workflow Actions

From the list of actions, remove the existing one & create a new Field Update with same logic
having Unique name Set_Case_to_Escalated.

Now Activate the WF Rule & Take the challenge.

Error: This Unique Name already exists or has been previously used. Please choose a different name.

What is namespace? I read another blog of a user mentioning that it was the namespace issue? Please help.

Hi Linda,
Hope you are getting the error message while naming Field Update.
The unique name of the field update should be "Set_Case_to_Escalated"
which already exists on another field update.

Go to: Set Up> Create> Workflow & Approvals>Field Updates.
From the list choose Set Case to Escalated & Edit the Unique Name.User-added image

I got it. I went to tasks and field updates to remove the duplicates. Then, I re-created the task and field update and was able to save correctly. :)
