Retrieve the lost Emails field values from salesforce

Hi Salesforce folks,

I have updated blank value for the Email field in contact in salesforce, now i want to roll back the email values, please can any one suggest to get the correct data.

Checked with slaesforce, its very expensive. 

Please let us know if any of you can retrive the data from  salesforce.

If field history enabled for this field in enabled for this then you can contact history else i dont think there is any other way.
