Synchronize Salesforce with Outlook

Hi all,

is there a way to synchronize Salesforce with Outlook so that:
  • If I create an Event on Salesforce, I will retireve it on Outlook
  • If I create an Event on Outlook, I will retrieve it on Salesforce
