Has Salesforce Increased CPU Time Limit

I have a long runining real time (not future) operation in my production org and although it exceeds normal limit of 10000 ms it doesnt throw an error . when I check the debug log I saw this. Has Salesforce increased CPU limit ?

Yes . I look like limit is increased base on your screen shot but i search on google not able to found any information on same. Every where 10,000 is mention. May be something in beta is going on
