DO you know how to integrate this? and id it an app to be integrated or write a class and visual force page like the way you have showed in the link?

This is just a VF page having apex:inputfile with 'accept="image/*;capture=camera" ' property. Please check with your salesforce1 (mobile view).

Note: We have a limitation with image size.
