How can I make report which list up account which have not ordered last 1 month?

I want to make report some object using linked object information.

Could anyone give me advie or good reference for that?

With regard to your query, there is a standard report called "Accounts with last activity > 30 days", which is under the folder "Account and Contact Reports".  For more information, you can visit:  https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=reports_builder_create.htm
