Launch New Custom Tab Wizard

Hello All. Once a custom object has already been created. How do you Launch New Custom tab Wizard ?
I do not see Object Creation Options.

1) From Setup, enter Tabs in the Quick Find box, then select Tabs.
2) Click New in the Custom Object Tabs related list
3) Select the custom object to display in the custom tab
4) Click the Tab Style lookup icon to display the Tab Style Selector
5) Click a tab style to select the color scheme and icon for the custom tab.

Hi all,
I forgot to click the launch New Custom Tab Wizard in a custom object. can we do that?
I tried as Rakesh provided but in 3rd step, I'm not seeing any object name under the drop-down. can someone help with this, please?

You can create Custom tabs from: 
Go to,
Setup > Tabs> Custom Object tabs > Click on New button

I have already created a custom object. And I forgot to set which custom app my new custom tab should be available in. I tried all the above options, but I do not see a way to add my new custom tab to "Sales". I want to deselect "Include Tab" and only select "Sales". How do I do that? Please help.

Here is the steps to create Custom Tab:
Step 1. Goto setup > Tabs.
Step 2. click Custom Object tab > New.

After then you can select custom object under Object picklist and create the Tab.
