Getting "Looks like something went wrong, please try again later." error while submitting the challenge.

Specifically for "Customize How Records Get Approved with Approvals" trail. When I am submitting the challenge. Each time getting an error as:- "Looks like something went wrong, please try again later."

Note:- I am already using a new developer org.
b) Completely logged out multiple times.

Can anyone suggest me the next steps?

Thanks everyone for letting us know about this issue. We have a fix ready, but we can't deploy it until the TrailheadDX conference is over. We'll probably get this fixed Thursday or Friday. I'll let everyone know on this thread.
