Sample console app isn't in my dev edition org?

Any ideas on how to get that app in my dev org?

Hi Craig,

Go to Your My Personal Information - Check the Service Cloud User checkbox .

Then you can view your Sample console under the Apps Section.

Thanks for the quick response Rabi. The Service Cloud User checkbox is checked.  When I go to the list of apps, the Sample Console isn't one of the options.

Hi Craig,

From Setup, click Create | Apps, then Edit next to Sample Console
In Assign to Profiles, click Visible next to your profile, then Save.
From the App menu, choose Sample Console.

Let me know if it works.

Hi Rabi,

I am unable to find Sample Console in the list of Apps I can assign to profiles. Is there another step I can take make it show up?
I've also followed the Trailhead tutorial: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/trails/service_cloud/modules/service_basics/units/service_basics_configure_console
and keep getting stuck on step 5.
Thanks.

@Obinna Uchegbu, this is so late but in case you or someone else is still having trouble, I'm posting this. Make sure that your account or your salesforce user's account has enabled the Service Cloud User settings. here's how:
1. Go to My Settings
My Settings
2. Click Personal to expand and then select Advanced User Details
Advanced User Details
3. Click Edit button and check the Service Cloud User. Then maje sure to save the changes :)
Edit
Service Cloud

4. Now, go to Setup -> Create -> Apps and you should now see the Sample Console in the lists.

Hope this helps!
