How to use poll directory activity in castiron to read csv files from FTP location and create records in salesforce?

Hi All,
I am new to castiron.I would like to use IBM castiron poll directory(polls the directory for every 24 hours) activity to read csv files from FTP location and create records in salesforce.How to build orchastration to achieve this requirement using poll directory activity?

Is there any link available to create orchestration?
