Is possible to distribute accounts over users like in queues.

if you want to share accounts to Queues, then its not possible.
other wise use sharing settings.

What about flows? can I use them?
I have requirement to distribute accounts over different users in a round robin fashion.
what would be the best?
Or its not feasible at all?
