Profile level object permissions are not avaliable

I'm trying  to change object permissions   on particular profile from  my system administrator account on Standard user profile. When i'm clicking edit button on my custom object, checkboxes are still not editable. What can be the matter?

You cannot make few changes in standard profiles. Clone that standard Profile. So that you can edit those permissions.

You cannot change permissions for those fields. Created by, last modified by and owner are created by system and job name is the mandatory field for that object. You can change permissions if create fields apart from those.

ok, but why  object permission section are not editable? For example if I want to allow read or create this object to this profile?
