Suspended ​Sandbox

Hi All, we are trying to create a partly Sandbox, but the status has been Suspended ​for half a day now. Does anyone know how we can get this Sandbox up and running? Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

The sandbox creation sometimes takes longer than expected. As per the salesforce document "Sandbox copy is a long-running operation that occurs in the background. You are notified of the completion of a sandbox copy via email. Sandbox refreshes can complete in hours, days, or even more than a week."

I faced this issue once and had to contact salesforce support team. They said the same thing that it may take longer. I would suggest contact the support.
