Restricting access within single instance having two divisions.
Hi
If we have single sfdc instance and 2 divisions, with 2 users each. What the best practice to restrict access to users if we don't want users in either of the division to see the information what's on other side?

You can create the Role hierarchy and keep the users of separate divisions in separte branches of the hierarchy.
Make the object OWD as private and further you can use sharing rule , grant access using hierarchy depending upon your requirement.
