Apex superbadge "Automate record creation" trying this but not able to complete the challenge please help am a begainer.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Inserting a new Maintenance Request of type 'Routine Maintenance' and then closing it did not create of a new Maintenance Request based upon the original record correctly. The challenge is expecting to find the closed Maintenance Request plus an 'New' Maintenance Request of type 'Routine Maintenance' with the same Vehicle as the closed one.

Hi Abhishek,
Possibly, the new Routine Maintenance record created have one or more of the following:
1. Status is not set to 'New'.
2. Type field is not set to 'Routine Maintenance'.
3. Vehicle no is not copied correctly.
4. Due date is not updated to related Equipment's maintenance cycle days after reported date(which in turn is current date).
