Record Sharing

HI All,

I have two Records A  and B of different record types,having a scenario like to share Record  A to Record B.In standard salesforce it is not possible  for B Record to see all fields of Record A,but in my Scenario  if i share  records of different record types i want to see all the fields of another Records.Can any one tell how to achieve this Criteria.

Create a pageLayout with all the fields of record A and record B in it and using the page layout assignment, assign the page layout to your profile for both the record types.
