Can I create a trailhead training program for my company?

I'm just curious if we can create a training program for new hires so that when they start there is a pre-selected set of training modules they go through so that everyone gets the same basic understand of SFDC.  How can we mointor that they have completed certain modules?

Also, if you'd like to display your Traihead activity to others, in your settings for your developer profile, select the option "Show Trailhead on my Public Profile."

Yes Matt you can - you would create a "Trailmix" containing relevant modules for your team. Here is an example I created for my company:
