Deligated Admin Issue-Urgent

Hi Everyone,

I Have one urgent issue.can anybody help me on this?

Can you enable this access quickly for testuser?  Profile1  profile need the ability to login as Profile2 profile.

you need to change the profile of the testuser to profile 2. If you dont want to do that prepare a permission set similar to profile 2 and assign that permission set to testuser.

Actually one profile user to login with another profile user(not systemadmin) ..How to do that??

you cannot assign two profiles to the same user, so this is only the way. either you need merge the profiles or create permission set.
