Missing Organization Feature: MultiCurrency

I am trying to install a package in salesforce developer edition, but getting these errors -

You can contact Salesforce and request them to activate it for you but before that you have to goto your company information tab and tick on  Allow Support to Activate Multiple Currencies.

and as mentioned in the article this feature is present in Developer Edition as well.
