To create a view, click Create New View at the top of any list page or in the Views section of any tab home page.

Please advise on how to get here??? I cannot find it anywhere.

Hi,
When you click on any object say Accounts:

Click on "Create New View" here

This gives you different options to filter your new view.

Click on "Accounts" and on the detail page, you will find the "create new view"

Click on any tab that you want and you will get there.
