for web to lead issue

Hi,

End user try to create lead but he/she unable to create lead,but web to lead team had find the failed lead through email aelert, but salesfroce admin coudn't find in debublogs why? its didnt create lead status and id in debaug log why?

What is the failed alert web to lead getting? You can identify the reason for the failure in that email. 
If the record is not received to salesforce then you can't find it in the salesforce debug log statements.
