Abi V 4 Home button missing in navigation bar salesforce classic
I have deployed the vf page tab and and later i am not able to see the Home button in Navigation bar.Please let me know if there any changes happens at backed due to deployment of vf tab .Let me know where can i enable it again as i am not able to find the Customize my tabs list.

I faced similar issue and solved it as below.
We deployed the VF page tab and given the default off permission in profile.Whenever we deploying the code for this page Home button is missing from navigation bar. So, I have changed the tab setting to default on again changed to default off and the clicked on customize my tabs and saved it.Now i am able to see this.

Steps To check the settings on Customize My Tabs:
a) Go to Setup | Manage Users | Profiles
b) Click on Edit on affected Profile
c) Go to Tab Settings
d) Check the box for Overwrite Users Personal tab Customizations
c) Click on Save.
