No Process Builder in Sandbox ENV

Hi,

We craeted a new Sandbox ENV, and there we cannot open the Process Builders.
When pressing the link to Process builder we get this:

This seems to be a broken link. Please try to click process builder link from setup menu or contact Salesforce support if you are still facing the same again and again.

I opened a case to Salesforce support and they resolved it.
