In case object having trigger ,which prevent deletion of the record functionality is working fine but validation rule error is not good.please can any one help me

Validation is checking user privileges before deleting any case.
Try to login as admin then try or check for code having check for user privileges

You don't have the delete permission on Case object.
To give yourself the access, please ask your system admin, to give delete access on the Case object.
