Custom interaction log is not appearing in console after the record is saved

Hello Everyone,

I have custom vf page in the interaction log of the console as a console component on the specific page layout which is assigned to the record type.

When i save the case in the console the record type will change to the record type to which i have the custom interaction log and the interaction log is not appearning. But if i close the case from the console and reopen then i'm able to see the log.

Could you please help me how can i see the CLI as soon as i save the record.

Do you use Open CTI, how did you access call data in the custom interaction log, I tried getAttachData method but it didn't work.

can you share your piece of code.

We use cimplicity CTI adapter which is build using open CTI. We use cimplicity APIs to get the attached data of the call. But issue is no where related to attached data. Custom interaction log which is a console component is not displayed when a new case is created through CTI pop up even though the respective page layout has the component.
