using workflow to send an email alert and attachment (from record)

Hi, I was wondering if the newer releases allowed for using workflow to upload attachments to email alerts through workflow...? It seems like the other alternative would be to use a trigger, but I'd prefer workflow if possible...

No it is not posisble right now to send dynamic attachement through WFR
