SFDC Instance Phone Format

Hello,

Has anyone heard of the Salesforce Instance Phone Format? If so, how can I access and make changes?

Are you refering to the mobile layout? You can modify these by going to the page layout for the object, editing it and then clicking mini page layout in the top right.
