Adding lightning component to Community

Hi,

We have developed an app using lightning components.Now we want to login to the app with different users using community user feature. When we try the community templates builder it is overriding our app so that some of our features are not showing. We only want the user login button and logout button. How can we incorporate them into our app without adding other templates features.
