If you are getting this error please refer to the below information.
It would be under Setup > Deploy > Deployment Status; however, I had something similar happen and was able to cancel deployment jobs via the Developer Console. If you click on the Progress tab, you will them there if you check "Hide Finished Runs." Note, the button next to this checkbox is "Cancel All Deployments." Once I cancelled the stuck pending deployments, I was able to resave my class and move on.
