Hey All.  We are using Quotes in Lightning on Enterpise.

When users click on "Create PDF" ==> "Save and Email Quote" they are able to send the quote without problems.  However after the quote has been sent, they are redirected to the "URL No Longer Exists" landing page.  The ID in the URL is something totally different to the quote they were on.  For eaxmple a quote ID is 0Q028000000kwqL but after sending, they are redirected to an object with the ID of 0Q128000000001JCAQ.

We are looking to Create Quotes from Leads. The Quote is now added to Lead Related Lists. However, we dont see the New button. 
Can you please guide us how to create Quote from Leads.
