Gibraltar Capital Advance is a fast-growing company in the alternative finance space.

We use Salesforce.com for all of our core operations, including marketing and customer acquisition, contracts, data aggregation, reporting, and customer service.

Our office is in Chicago (right near Union Station), so we’re close to transportation.

We’re seeking a part-time admin to work in our office 2-3 days each week.

Expected Duties
  • Look after our SF instance, and all of the integrations and packages that go with it (currently 8).
  • We’re into using SF to help us automate our processes. We need someone to manage all of that, including complex workflow rules, validation rules, and formulas. Ideal candidate has knowledge of Process Builder, Flows, and Apex Triggers (but is not required).
  • Help us maintain our campaigns, dashboards, and reports. We like cool reports.
  • Manage our change request log for updates and changes to our SF.com org
Qualifications
  • A certified Salesforce.com Administrator with 2+ years of experience
  • Someone who is a beast with Excel
  • Expertise with Apex Data Loader for Export/Import/Update/Upsert
  • The ability to translate our unique business needs into process automation
  • Your critical thinking skills allow you to determine when changes to SF make sense for moving the business forward, or if the change is redundant or otherwise not obviously useful.

Salesforce Developer - £50,000 - £65,000
 
I am working alongside a boutique Salesforce Partner who are looking for a Salesforce Developer. The role will be predominately based within London and you will be working on a number of new greenfield sites. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a Salesforce Development team around yourself, at the moment the consultancy boasts more than 20 consultants on a permanent basis.
 
They are working on a wide range of projects including configuration, customisation, integration and implementation making this an exciting position within the Salesforce market. They are currently working within both the Sales and Service platforms within Salesforce.
In return the client can offer further Salesforce Certifications and training within the platform.
 
Key Skills –
 
2 years + as a Salesforce Developer
Strong skills within Apex, Visual Force and Batch Apex
Project exposure including configuration, integration, implementation and customisation
Salesforce Developer Certification would be advantageous
Package –
 
£50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

I'll be doing some SFDC consulting for an old employer of mine and wondered what the going hourly rate would be for the following servies:

- System Administration/Support
- General OnGoing Configuration
- Custom Object Development
- Report Building
- Business Process Analysis & Design
- New SFDC Application Development

I realize the answer to this question could vary based on a number of variables not listed here, but I'm curious to hear the thoughts of those on this job board.
