I need a validation for Apostrophe usage is to the letters D, L, and O. (e.g., O’Brien, D'Artagnan...)

I want you to look into following points:
1. Is Salesforce Survey Work with Lightning Community only or Lightning.
2. Is there any automation to Send the survey template to customers.
3. Provision to add image into form.
4. It would be good to have notification from system when customer sends the response
5. Capture the name of the customer who sent the response as well
6. Ability to send survey automatically 
7. Customer service team send the email to customer.
8. How effective reporting are.
