Hello,
I followed each step on this trail on my playground and completed all trails before this one but when I tried to "create a report" from the case (in Lightning) as instructed, the report just hangs... Even a standard report has the same result.  I thought it was because the system was in maintenance mode but I tried on a regular business day and still get the same result. Where can/should I check?

Hi, me again....   :/
My org seems to be 'hanging' after the create PDF click....see below.

Challenge is not completing with an error message of:  Could not find a completed Service Appointment with the Description of 'Drill'
I can see the completed SA with the required description. Any assistance appreciated.  MT
