I want to restrict upload or revision of file from content version trigger. I wamt to restrcit upload or revision of a pdf file if the file is related to Account object only. We are using salesforce lightning. Scenerio to test 1) Upload of file from account record related list. 2) Upload of file from chatter 3) Revision of file from chatter or related list of file in account object.

the addError() method which you can use in an Apex Trigger alsways escapes the error message when used in SF1 or Lightning. Has anyone experienced the same and has a solution or should we contact Salesforce with a bug report?
