Hello 

I have an opportunity with a CloseDate of Today. 
I want to create a report where i want to group the opportunities under three groups named as Current Month, Current Quarter and Next Quarter. 
The Opportunity which i have, I need to get it in both the groups Current Month as well as Current Quarter.
Can you please let me know how i can get that single opportunity record in both the groups?

Hi I have a requirement ,When there is a update of childcase in a contact we need to track that contact record .If there is no such update for last 2 years ,we can make that contact record as inactive.Please let me know know what is the optimized way to achive it other than customization is there any way?
