I have a 17GB PST file which seems to be corrupt, I repaired my PST with ScanPST.exe but did not get all my data. Please give suggestion how can I repair my PST file its very important for me.

Few days Back, I purchased license version of Outlook 2013. Right now, I am planning to move DBX file of Outlook Express (which is available on old PC) into Outlook.
 I am not interested in any manual solution because I could lose my emails due to lack of technical expertise.
 
Urgent please help?
