Is it possible to sign up for Developer Org with the Winter '19 release?

HI, i am practicing for Salesforce developer 1.  I came across this question and the answer offered didnt make any sense to me.

The operation manager at a construction company uses a custom object called Machinery to manage the usage and maintenance of its cranes and other machinery. The manager wants to be able to assign machinery to different construction jobs, and track the dates and cost associated with each job. More than one piece of machinery can be assigned to one construction job. What should a developer do to meet these requirements?

1. Create a lookup field on the machinery object to the construction job object
2. Create a junction object with Master-Detail Relationship to both the machinery object and the construction job object.
3. Create a lookup field on the construction job object to the machinery object
4. Create a Master-Detail lookup field on the machinery object to the construction job object

The answer provided was n.3.  I would have gone with n.2.

Would you be able to help me with this and explain the answer to this by any chance

I am going after the Lightning Experience roll-out specialist badge and I am having issues with challenge #10. Could you give me some pointers on how to finish this challenge?  

Here is my error : The Lightning component named TrailheaDX must open a link to https://developer.salesforce.com/trailheadx/, must open in a new window (using the target attribute of ui:outputurl), and must be included in the Sales app.

1. Want to update Sales_Order__c record's (going to update Sap_Number__c , SAP_createdDate__c). 

2.Click to Upload Excel File.

3. Click to Update Sales Order Button .

4.Need To Updae With Existing Records (With same Rcords).

5. I designed a  Visualforce pages as well, please give me a good idea to how can i achieve this Process with the Apex.

In another hand, I created an Remote Site Detail to bring access to JSON external list "Equipment". The debugs are made by "Execute Anonymous Window" option and Run "Warehouse Callout Service Test" class. Finally, I change to visible all Product's fields for all profiles.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Experts,
     I would like to know the exact difference between 15 and 18 digits record id. Most of us say, 15 digit(case sensitive) and 18 digit(case insensitive).

Let's consider a small example,
While if you query record from Developer Console you will get 18 digit record id. Consider the below retrieved 18 digit id,

001i000001AWbWuGTA(Retrieved from query)

If 18 digit case insensitive means,

001i000001AWbWugta (this id same to the above retrieved ID)? If yes, then if you queried record with this id means, you will get no result or no rows found..!

So if both 15 and 18 are unique means what is the real time use and difference between these two ID's.
