Protect Your Data in Salesforce ->Set Up Account Teams

I am not able to complete this challange and always get this error :

We couldn’t find 'Amy Daniels' as a support rep. Review the instructions for adding 'Amy Daniels' to the support rep role.

I have set up 'Amy Daniels as Sales Engineer as per instructions any idea what is wrong ?
