Hi,

I have developer edition sandbox, when i enter my password it takes it successfully but after that verification code sent to email address.
I am not receiving email sent with verification code by salesforce. I have been trying from last 2-3 days and no clue why this email not receiving to my email.
Anyone how i can get into my sandbox? This developer sandbox is very important to me as I have linked my trailhead to that sandbox.
 

Hi all. A sandbox was created within my company before I started working here. The person who made it is no longer with the company. My boss refreshed the sandbox, so now I am able to login but it wants me to verify my identity. I'm not sure what email address the verification code is going to since I can't enter my real email address when logging into sandbox. Any suggestions on this?
