Hello,
New to SalesForce, but more than familiar enough with certificates.

I need a certificate so that when the Unsubscribe link (Email template -> Unsubscribe link) is clicked it does not warn about the connection not being private.

When I get the error it shows domain mycompany.force.com so I assume that is the subdomain I need the cert for, but If I purchase this I am going to need to validate that I own the force.com domain, which I dont. Is there a way to get around this issue?

Tried to open a ticket with support but we only have standard support, not Developer support which is needed.
