How i can make sure my API callout is secure. My third party only knows tha user name and password for authentication. So that no one can hack it ?

1) Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer
2) Identity and Access Management Designer
3) Integration Architecture Designer
4) Platform Developer I

I am already done with Platform Developer1.
I need suggestion that which certification should I go first from

3) Integration Architecture Designer
