Our schema once we migrated from the previous CRM to Salesforce was an absolute nightmare. Once we moved to SF, i used to be granted the role as our SF admin. We migrated to a replacement website platform from using SFDC Communities. We still have legacy pages on the old domain then therefore cannot redirect all URLs to the new domain. We were creating URL redirects in Site.com Studio from our old site to the new site. the difficulty seems to lie if the URL (https://worldwidebestofficechairs.com/best-office-chairs-under-100/) has special characters. we've a LATAM site and a few of the article URLs have special characters in them. once I paste the URL into the Redirect From field and it contains a special character, it converts it to the code version (i.e., ó gets converted to ó). This causes the redirect to not work. Any ideas on the way to get around this?

We have a field called "Initial Contract Signature Date" which may be a date field. This field records when the initial contract is signed. A contract are often auto-renewed monthly or annually which is indicated by variety field "Renewal Term Months". i might wish to create a replacement formula field that calculates the "Next Renewal Date".

So if it's a 1 month renewal term, and initial contract date is 12/1/2020, then the "Next Renewal Date" would be 1/1/2021. However, i might love it to automatically update to (https://freeappdownloadhub.com/gta3-apk/) subsequent month when 1/1/2021 has passed... so once I log in on 1/2/2021, the "Next Renewal Date" would update to 2/1/2021.

We are using Salesforce Classic still and have always had lost calls, pockets of silence, etc when our call centre uses InContact. They recently suggested we upgrade to WebRTC for better call quality. once we did a POC, we used wireshark to capture packets fragmented when getting to the salesforce subnet (13.10.xxx.xxx) which is causing the connection to be lost or reset.
InContact insists that music (http://xstafaband.com/)no other companies are experiencing this issue, albeit it appears to be documented in their release notes - https://help.incontact.com/summer19/EN/Content/Agent/SalesforceAgent/Voice/AgentForSalesforceIntegratedSoftphone.htm
Is anyone else experiencing these issues with InContact?

Hello all, i might wish to know some real-world scenarios or dummy project ideas where i can build my portfolio. I even have created a developer org to make below functionalities. Any help regarding the project ideas are going to be appreciated to make this functionalities in an org. e.g what sort of workflow, tasks to be created within the projects.

6. Create a Report of Opportunities which shows EXPECTED revenue by stage with a Funnel Chart.

Emails aren't getting triggered when a Task is being created . Note : The configuration at user level setting (Deliverability ) & Enabling Task Notifications are checked . Bell Notification is functioning . Email isn't working for many of the users but Admin users & only a few users are becoming emails when task is assigned to them. Is there the other settings associated with email trigger ?

I am needing to create a self login page for external users for the first time and not sure how to do it.  For example where do I set the profile that will be assigned to the user.  This page asks for the start url, I have no idea what that is.  I am a admin and have limited dev background.  Do I need to start somewhere else?  Looking for documentation on setting up a simple self login page for new community users.
