How can we get these limits increased?

I have a community portal and It seems that the Guest User is not able the records if the User has access to the objects, the visualforce page and the Apex class controller. Is there any permission I need to add?

The actual code coverage of the class is 85 but when I try to deploy it with the migration tool it is throwing the error as the code coverage is 52%.
