we know salesforce use a certain CDC ( change data capture) but it does not use a Log-Based CDC which is log linked to the database containing the changes that happens.does it exist on salesforce ?

I was working on an apex trigger for the account object and opportunity object but there are other objects left for me to create an apex trigger on them, is there any way I can make one single apex trigger that works on all objects?

I have a problem where when I want to do the "SFDX: Authorize a dev hub " it takes me to salesforce logging and I input the email and password correctly and it logs in but it gets stuck as a white page waiting for the page that asks me to allow " it stays forever loading

please help
