When we create campaign activities, i want to set the FirstRespondedDate. As of now, It's a readonly field. How can i customize it.

I have an application which requires some custom fields to be there

for the standard objects like Lead,Campaign.

So is there any way like, while i package my application i can create some custom fields

so that they get attached to the user environment once they install it.

I created a package with just one custom tab.

My Requirement is to display this custom tab automatically when any user

tries to install my application.

But It's not working that way, the user has to manually configure that tab to show on the UI.

Can anyone pls help me out on this!!
