Requirements

·         B.S. or B.A Degree, or equivalent job experience

·         2-5 years experience in system-related training delivery; SFDC exposure/exp huge plus

·         Demonstrates strong training delivery skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication skills

·         Thorough working knowledge of adult learning concepts

·         Experience facilitating using virtual classroom tools and techniques

·         Experience delivering to an international audience

·         Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·         Excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills

·         Previous experience with learning and performance management system a plus
