Outlook Crash

During the last 3-4 months, outlook crashes when I send an email/add to sf. It does restart, but I would like to know how to address. Help!

Office 2007 & Outlook edition

Hi,
  I have found that Outlook 2007 tends to lock up with the Salesforce plugin. After uninstalling the plugin it seems to work fine. Has anyone else seen this issue? Does the 3.2.107 version fix this problem?
