Eclipse Plugin error

I am running eclipse 3.4.0 ( I also tried this on 3.4.2....same error)

When I try to add the Force.com plugin, I get the following error:

Cannot complete the request.  See the details.
Cannot find a solution satisfying the following requirements Match[requiredCapability: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/com.salesforce.ide.feature.feature.group/[16.0.0.200906151227,16.0.0.200906151227]].
Any ideas??

Using Informatica for integration with Salesforce.com

When we run an Informatica workflow that is attempting to connect to SFDC we receive the following error:
